My evaporative cooler had stopped providing cool air and I called Patriot Heating and Air. Steve came out promptly and assessed the problem, ordered the required parts and picked them up. He and Mike returned the same day, thoroughly serviced my evaporative cooler, and got it running again! In my opinion they are expert in their field, very fair in their pricing, and very courteous and pleasant to deal with! I recommend them very highly.

I purchased a total replacement HVAC system. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. They gave me options on different systems, and explained the differences. After I approved their bid (not the highest priced), they installed the system four days later, in one day. And, these people are great to work with; easy to communicate with, kind, helpful, and professional! Without question, Patriot Heating & Air is the best contractor I have ever worked with. They also offer electrical and plumbing services through their affiliate companies. No, I was not paid for this, I just appreciate the effort these folks make to provide a great experience.

I had Patriot Heating, Air & Plumbing replace my HVAC system earlier this year and my new system is working great. They showed up when they said they were going to and their work ethic and quality of work are top notch. Last night I called them with a plumbing issue and they told me they would be here at 10:30 this morning. I got a knock on my door at 10:30 and an hour later the problem was solved. I would recommend Patriot to anyone for your HVAC or plumbing needs.

We had an original, 47-year-old A/C unit in our home. It technically functioned, but didn't really do anything and cost tons to run. We decided to replace the heating/A/C unit and got some quotes. I was very impressed with Steve from Patriot. We awarded them the job on Thursday evening, and they started the next day, finishing up on Saturday morning. What a difference. We have improved cooling and air flow from the unit they recommended. The installation went smoothly. I'm no expert, but the job looks great and they cleaned up all the installation mess, including hauling away our old equipment. This is a family-owned business. We couldn't be happier with the entire process.

We had the misfortune of our air conditioner breaking down during a heat wave on a Sunday. In a panic, we called around and came across Patriot Heating Air Plumbing. I made the call, left a message, and almost immediately got a call back from Steve. He wasn’t even supposed to be on call, but made the effort to make it over to our house within the hour. He quickly assessed the situation and talked us through what our options were and what pricing would be. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with a temporary solution until he could return the next day with the ordered part for the repair. He and his brother returned the next day and got the repair done ASAP. It’s clear they really care about and value their customers, along with putting forward a great work ethic. We are beyond grateful to Patriot and will 100% be recommending their services to our own community!

Our AC went out last week and the home warranty company sent this guy out to 'fix' it and he said he wasn't going to do any fix until it was cleaned out and wanted $390 to clean it. I called around and saw the other reviews about Patriot and that they were a local company to get a second opinion and Steve told me that a cleaning on a system should be closer to $100 not $400. So today Steve came over and cleaned the unit and then found out the issue and said he could fix it right now and we wouldn't have to call the other company and have them come back and deal with the insurance and such dragging it out. It is 100 degrees today and our house has been in the high 80s until 1 AM for the past week so we said of course go for it... especially since I didn't trust that other company anymore. Within an hour the house was already much cooler. Looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight. Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had! Of course, my air conditioning started making a terrible sound late Friday afternoon. I was afraid I was going to have to go without A/C all weekend. I called Patriot and Steve was able to come over within 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and showed me the diagnostics. The pricing for the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

They were professional, fast, and we didn't feel we were being overcharged for anything. We had a previous estimate prior to them coming out and looking at our AC that barely looked at our unit and wanted to charge almost double for half of what they did. They did a thorough job examining the unit and finding out what was causing our issue. They were able to make it out next day and they finished within the time frame they said they would. I called at nearly 8 p.m. on the hottest day of the summer when our cooling went out. I got ahold of Steve who stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes to try and get me some air flowing so our family could be comfortable for the night and fit us into his schedule for the next morning. He was very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and our very old, unique unit and was able to walk me through quite a few options specific to our system. Communication the next morning was great. Patriot was wonderful. We had another AC service come first, and they diagnosed a faulty capacitor. They replaced it and left, but we still had the same problem. Fortunately, I asked the first company for the used part. When Patriot came, they diagnosed the real problem, explained it to us, and tested the “defective” capacitor. It was operable. Steve and the guys at Patriot responded very quickly to my online request for service. They were able to come out that same day. They were friendly and knowledgeable about my air conditioning unit as well as being familiar with the condo complex. They explained the part I needed, why it needed to be replaced, and how much it was going to cost. The part needed to be picked up from the Valley, and they were able to complete the turnaround and get my air-conditioning unit back up and running in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again for any heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical needs.
