As luck would have it, and with this freak heat wave, our system went down. Contacted Patriot Heating & Air and after some over-the-phone troubleshooting, Steve and Mike showed up, assessed the problem, and figured out that a contactor and transformer were faulty. Parts were replaced, system was restored, and both were efficient and informative. Already working on getting my next appointment on the books with them for a tune-up.
