Reached out to Steve and the Patriot team in January when our heater wasn't producing heat one night. They came out within a few hours of our call the next morning and found the source of the problem, got a replacement part, and fixed the issue in a few hours that same day.
They also found another issue with our unit and quoted us a fair price for a full replacement that included deducting the cost of our initial fix. We reached out to them a few weeks later, and they got the new unit and work done within a week.
