This team of brothers deserves every star - we've had them here four times (heater check, heater install, A/C check, A/C service). Communication is excellent! They arrive early and each time have waited in their truck to knock closer to the appointed time, which is pretty helpful and, I believe, respectful. They are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. There is a straightforward price and payment; pricing honors veterans and first responders. I've been alone for both installs and feel as safe as if my favorite uncle were here to do the job - huge! They always leave zero trail as well, which I do not even expect, yet do appreciate. All-around outstanding company, and I am loyal!

As luck would have it, and with this freak heat wave, our system went down. Contacted Patriot Heating & Air and after some over-the-phone troubleshooting, Steve and Mike showed up, assessed the problem, and figured out that a contactor and transformer were faulty. Parts were replaced, system was restored, and both were efficient and informative. Already working on getting my next appointment on the books with them for a tune-up. If you are calling anyone other than Steve and Mike with Patriot Heating Air & Plumbing, then you are shortchanging yourself. Super professional, honest, and they do amazing work. Over the years they’ve done everything from routine HVAC service to thermostat replacement and duct work. Then today they replaced all of my exterior valves and lines from the main and into the house; the work looks amazing. There is no one else I trust to do this type of work on my house to keep my family comfortable. Keep it locally owned and support small businesses like these guys!

Reached out to Steve and the Patriot team in January when our heater wasn't producing heat one night. They came out within a few hours of our call the next morning and found the source of the problem, got a replacement part, and fixed the issue in a few hours that same day. They also found another issue with our unit and quoted us a fair price for a full replacement that included deducting the cost of our initial fix. We reached out to them a few weeks later, and they got the new unit and work done within a week. Will be working with Steve and team if we have any further heating or AC needs in the future.

If you are in need of HVAC service, I strongly recommend Patriot Heating and Air! I called on a Sunday afternoon, and Steve patiently listened to the problems I was having with my furnace and was able to fit me into their schedule the next day. Steve arrived with his brother Mike and took the time to diagnose the problem. They explained the furnace malfunction in detail and were willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I ultimately decided to have my 23-year-old unit replaced and was very happy with their recommended product and service. These guys are a smaller, family-owned business, and my experience with them was personable, punctual, and professional. It’s clear that they run their business with honesty, integrity, and take pride in their work. That’s something that’s hard to find in home services nowadays. Our A/C stopped working. I googled online and Patriot AC showed up on top of the list. Called them and was able to set up a same-day free diagnostics of our unit. Steve and Mike were both helpful and explained to me what was happening. They had to order the fan for the next day. The repair took less than an hour, and the A/C fan started up immediately and the cooling is back. Great customer service and very efficient. Patriot AC is highly recommended. Our go-to company now. Totally awesome family owned company. I got an astronomical quote from another company and called them for a 2nd opinion. They came out the next day, climbed onto my roof to check my unit, and came back with a totally different diagnosis. They were able to fix my heater for a fraction of the other quote!
