Our AC went out last week and the home warranty company sent this guy out to 'fix' it and he said he wasn't going to do any fix until it was cleaned out and wanted $390 to clean it. I called around and saw the other reviews about Patriot and that they were a local company to get a second opinion and Steve told me that a cleaning on a system should be closer to $100 not $400. So today Steve came over and cleaned the unit and then found out the issue and said he could fix it right now and we wouldn't have to call the other company and have them come back and deal with the insurance and such dragging it out. It is 100 degrees today and our house has been in the high 80s until 1 AM for the past week so we said of course go for it... especially since I didn't trust that other company anymore. Within an hour the house was already much cooler. Looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight. Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.
